Free Games on PlayStation and Xbox for July 2021

We all love free stuff, right? And what can be better than free video games? Nothing, nothing is better than free video games. Now, to be fair, the games you will see in this article are not entirely “free”, after all, you do need to subscribe to PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold in order to claim them, but since we already pay for these services in order to play online, the extra games can be considered free.

PlayStation fans can already download three games: Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and WWE 2K Battlegrounds for PS4, and A Plague Tale: Innocence for PS5. These games are worth over $89.98, so it’s a pretty good deal to have them at no cost, even if you don’t like them. Keep in mind, the games will be available to download until August 3th 2021.

On the other hand, Xbox players can enjoy a total of four games: Planet Alpha, available July 1 to 31; Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break, available July 16 to August 15; Conker: Live & Reloaded, Available July 1 to 15 and Midway Arcade Origins, available July 16 to 31. These games have an overall value of $79.96 and 3000 Gamerscore.

So, what do you think? Are these free games worth your time or will you be waiting for the August lineup? If you ask me, I would recommend you to at least give them a try, you could be pleasantly surprised with the fun you can have with these games.
